We have a focus on constantly improving Chreos by building on what is already there and by adding new functionality.  We respond to requests from existing clients and to questions from potential ones.  We also frequently review technological developments and trends and look at what new we can do because of such developments.

We release these changes in Services packs which are only available to those who have current maintenance subscriptions.

Sometimes unwanted and undocumented features creep into software and are not picked up before release.  Adjustments to these are also delivered in the same service packs.

Generally service packs are released several times per year.
